Every year my husband scrambles to find a gift that I would like and possibly even love. But, to be honest…I’m not an easy person to buy for. In fact, I’m down right difficult. Probably because I don’t know exactly what to tell him I want. While I love, I mean love to give gifts, I don’t ask for much in return.
So this year I decided to put together a fun little list of ideas for gifts for women. Women that might be hard to buy for like me. Hopefully this will help you out as you look for just the right gift for that hard-to-buy woman/women in your life.
Do it Yourself Magazine for Kindle – An annual subscription is just $15.99/$4 per issue or buy per issue for just $4.99. This is delivered Quarterly. If you know someone who likes DIY projects and fixing up her house, this is the magazine for her!
Food Network Magazine for Kindle – An annual subscription is just $19.99/$2 per issue or buy per issue for just $3.99. This is delivered Monthly. If you have a foodie or someone who just likes to cook – this is the perfect gift idea!
Braided Charge Cord for iPhone 4, 4s, iPod Touch 4 – This is a MUST for any woman and/or mom on the go. This particular cord reaches 10ft. Not sure why you need/want one that long, but apparently it’s so you can charge your phone while doing housework or chasing your kids.
Charger Cable for Samsung Galaxy S2 S3 & more – Never fear…if you have an Android phone, this cord is perfect. Not quite as long as the iPhone cord, this one is 9ft, so it will still get you quite a bit of walking room.
Mom’s One Line a Day: 5-year Memory Book – I love how this book is laid out. Whether they are a die-hard scrapbooker or not, this book is a great way to keep track of what happens each day. There are 5 places for entries over 5 years, so you can go back and see what happened on that day over the years.
Seatbelt Cutter Emergency Survival Window Glass Breaker KeyChain Tool – Seriously, every woman (and man…and teen…well, driver) should have this tool on their key chain.
Cordless Professional Tire Inflator – Any woman who drives to and from work or mom who drives around town needs to have one of these in her vehicle. Choose the make and model of your vehicle and you are good to go. Just don’t forget to keep the battery charged!
Shoe Ottoman – This might just be one of the coolest things I’ve seen in a long time. I love our cedar chest at the end of our bed, but this might be even better!
6 in 1 Floral Screwdriver – My parents had this tool (in a different style) and I was surprised how useful it really was. It contains 5 different sizes of screwdriver heads and a claw-head hammer. Each screwdriver fits inside the one just larger, sort of like those nesting dolls – only handier.
Tile app – If you haven’t seen this new gadget, you really should. Because if you’re like me, you loose your keys and/or phone a undisclosed amount of time a day/week. This tiny little app will help you track of them once and for all.
Zippo Hand Warmer – Zippo is known for lighters, but this refillable hand warmer is perfect for any woman (or man) whose hands stay cold. This small and compact hand warmer is perfect for any purse or pocket.
Stainless Steal Cooking Pot/6-in-1 Electric Pressure Cooker/Slow Cooker – What woman and/or mom doesn’t want an easier way to cook dinner! Comes in 4-, 6- and 8-quart size. Easy to cook, easy to clean.
Momiji Poppet Doll – I’m seriously in love with these dolls. What a fun way to add some personality with a tiny little note to that special woman, mom or even daughter in your life. Choose from a variety of styles.
For the Homeschool Mom
Of course, I can’t leave out the homeschool mom! Here are couple unique and fun gifts that any homeschool mom is sure to LOVE.
Staple-Free Stapler – First of all, this makes me feel a little space-agey. Second, who doesn’t want to have to chase down staples when they’re trying to keep papers together. I hate trying to load those tiny staples in to the stapler. Problem solved!
Magnetic Poetry Kit – I love this set for more than one reason. First, I am a grammar nut and would seriously have so much fun with this. Second, I see it as a great way to leave fun little love notes for your spouse. Not to mention the fun you could have working on sentences with your kids!
Of course, if you don’t know what to give, an Amazon Gift Card or Amazon Prime Yearly Membership is always good!
So what’s on your ‘Must Have’ gift list this year?
