Day 24 ~ I am thankful for the ability to travel home this Thanksgiving!!
Today, on Thanksgiving, I am so thankful that we were able to travel back home to Oklahoma to be with our families over this holiday week. I know we won’t be home for every holiday anymore, but it is so nice to be home for our first family holiday. We love our new church and our life in Indiana, but it has been difficult. We miss our friends and family back home. We miss the comfort of knowing our parents live only minutes away if something were to happen.
I am so thankful that we were able to work out our schedule to attend each family gathering.
I am so thankful for an Aunt who loves to host large family gatherings, so I can see my Dad’s entire family this Thanksgiving!!!
I am so thankful that I have been able to connect with friends and get some much needed hugs!!
I am so thankful that I have a husband willing to drive the 12-hours home, with 4 kids who get restless and a wife who falls asleep all the time.
I am so thankful and beyond blessed that my heart is full to overflowing with love!!!
