Owls are one of my favorite creatures to view at the zoo. We don’t live on a farm, so I haven’t seen one “in the wild,” but I imagine them to be calm and protective. They just sit there perched on a ledge, watching everything that goes on and ready to engage should they need to protect.
With winter nearing a close, I think more owls will be seen as we drive in our country area and in the barns around. So, this week you will find some Barn Owl Life Cycle printables. Today you can grab the coloring pages to start your unit.
Coloring Pages Include:
- Printed words for Toddlers to just color the pages
- Traceable letters for early writers to practice and color
- Manuscript names to trace
- Cursive names to trace
Add some other great reading while learning about barn owls with these great titles. Many may be available at your local library, or you could get a Kindle version for most of them on Amazon. I love using my Kindle Reader app to read with my kids. I have so many titles at the tip of my fingers in just minutes!
