Where we live, birds fly around everywhere. We can see a flock of them flying overhead at any given time of the day. My children love to go out with their binoculars and watch. They, and I, find it fascinating to watch them fly in their different formations together. Sometimes we spend hours outside watching the different birds.
Since my kids love “I Spy” in the car, I decided to create a small fun pack for my little ones. This pack includes a simple, yet fun “I Spy” page with an accompanying “Can You Find?” sheet for them to complete. We use the graphing page for her to color in the number of squares for the coordinating picture from the first two pages. The matching cards are a great way for her to practice shape recognition or print double of the color page and have a fun little game to work on their memory! And the story-telling cards…those are her favorite! Simply cut them out, tape or glue them on to craft sticks and let their imaginations run wild.
This 6-page set includes:
- I Spy page
- Can You Find? page
- Graphing page to use with I Spy page
- Matching Cards (print these twice for a fun matching game)
- Shadow matching cards
- Story-telling cards
