I don’t think of us as a large family. Yes, we have 4 kids, but I have friends with 6 and 7 kids. The infamous Duggar family has 19 kids. So our mere 4 kids does not seem like a “large family” to me. But, according to the 2010 U.S. Census, the average family size in Americais 2.59. With that statistic, we are a “large family”. That’s so strange to me.
Nevertheless, I have had quite a few inquiries about how we run our house so smoothly – boy do I have you all fooled – and tips to keep us organized. So, I decided to have a mini 4-week series on Large Family Living.
Starting next week my Maid for Monday posts will be centered around Large Family Living from my point of view.
Here are the 4 topics we’re going to discuss:
Planning for a Large Family from the Beginning
It’s Never Too Late To Get Started
Cooking for a Large Family
I hope you’ll join me for this fun series!!!
See ya here next Monday!
