These next few weeks will be particularly difficult for me as the One Year Anniversary of my Daddy’s passing approaches. I plan to talk more about it in a separate post next week, but until then I hope to celebrate each Obscure Holiday with some fun and flair!

Monday, Feb 11th – National Make a Friend Day & Peppermint Patty Day

Wednesday, Feb 13th – Get a New Name Day

Thursday, Feb 14th – Valentine’s Day (of course), Ferris Wheel Day & Organ Donor Day

Friday, Feb 15th – Gumdrop Day

Saturday, Feb 16th – Do a Grouch a Favor Day & National Almond Day

Sunday, Feb 17th – Random Acts of Kindness Day

This next week is FULL of some really fun holidays and I have rounded up some activities, science projects, homemade treat recipes and all-around good FUN for you!! I hope you enjoy my Mini Units. I am continually working on new ideas and expanding them (for next year), so if you think of anything that you would like to see in them, please comment and let me know!!
