This year I have been working with my oldest on his creative writing skills. I wouldn’t say they are behind, but he is a boy. ALL BOY!! So I have been intent on creating writing prompts for the holidays this year. It’s one of the freebies I’m most excited to share with you as each holiday approaches!!!
Valentine’s Day is a day to write love notes to our spouses, children and those we love. But, it can also be a day for our children to express how they show love to others and how they understand love. Not to mention it’s just fun to see what their little minds come up with when asked to write a poem about Love or Valentine’s Day. These writing prompts will do just that!!
Writing Prompts Include:
- 9 different writing prompts
- Manuscript lined pages
- Plain lined pages
Use these in conjunction with my other Valentine’s Day FREEBIES or as a filler for the days leading up to February 14th. Use these to make a notebook of your children’s creative writing throughout the year. It’s so fun to go back and read how they have improved. Not to mention they make a great keepsake!!
