While geography was not my favorite subject, I do remember quite a bit – even from my World Geography class in college. But, I want my kids to remember more than “quite a bit.” I want geography to become real to them. As we travel across the United States this year, we are trying to make the map come to life for our children.
Our oldest still struggles with remembering all the abbreviations and capitals for the 50 states, so we are working on those this year with him. I think using these notebooking pages for him to write out the information about each state, rather than just reading about it in a book will be most helpful. I know I remember things better when I write them down.
So, I created these Geography Notebooking Pages for Middle and High Schoolers. And, since I am a no frill kinda girl, I created these notebooking pages generic enough to use with any unit study or lesson for both US Geography and World Geography. This 28-page notebooking set includes pages for cities, countries and continents.
They also coordinate nicely with the other printables included in my Middle & High School Homeschool Planner! With over 55 pages of printable calendars, assignment lists, report helps and more, this planner truly has what your middle and high schooler need to succeed this year!
Included in the Geography pack:
- 28 Generic City, Country and Continent Notebooking Pages
- A mixture of prompted notebooking pages & plain
