One of my all-time favorite animated movies is Aladdin. It was released when I was in high school and quickly soared to the top of my long list of favorites. I had the soundtrack and can remember playing it over and over in my room; trying to match the voice of Jasmine.
I loved it so much, that my Show Choir partner and I sang “A Whole New World” for our senior talent show. I’m not the greatest singer and in fact, I am terrified to do pretty much anything in front of an audience, but that song was so fun for us. We dressed up in our matching black and white formals – he in a tux and me a dress. There were no prizes, but we had a great time.
With the release of the Live Action Aladdin, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to share this adorably themed pack for the little ones! So grab some comfy blankets, make some popcorn and watch the original animated version of Aladdin.
And while your kids are occupied watching the movie, print out these pages to let them work through this adorable themed PreK Math pack. With thematic puzzles, tracing pages, graphing game, counting exercises (1-100), and more to help them work on their numbers up to ten.
PRO TIP: Laminate all the pages you can in this fun prek math pack and use them over and over for fun practice. Or better yet, grab a top loading page protector and slide it right in. Then you can switch out the pages easily and quickly.
Graphing is an important skill for little ones to learn. We’ve included a printable cube (you just need scissors and glue) and a graphing page for your little ones to record their results. This activity is fun as a game where they see which character makes it to the top first!
There are ten different number puzzles where kids will match the numbers to a picture. Plus they can practice putting numbers in order from 1-10 with the magic carpet ride sequencing puzzle.
Does your little one know how to count to 100? Now they can practice by filling in the blanks of the missing numbers. This page can be laminated and used over and over for additional practice!
Your child will learn to recognize both the written words and numerals 1-10. They will write the words for each number one through ten and work to recognize each number in a group of others. This is a great way to help teach the difference in each number when it is grouped with others.
