Can you believe we are already into October? It doesn’t seem possible!! One of the holidays I seem to frequently forget is Columbus Day. Why? Because it is also my grandma and aunt’s birthdays!! I am so consumed with remember to email, call, text or put a message on Facebook that I forget that is also Columbus Day.

But, this year I am determined to remember!! Mister Bull loves to do themed activities – or activities centered around one event. He loved the Columbus Unit we did last year, which I got from my {free} subscription to School Express. But, this year I want to do something a little different. I have gathered some great {free} printables and resources to use next Friday.

Lasting Thumprints has a great round-up of {free} Columbus Day Printables & Activities to go along with this unit.

Resources & Activities

Mommy Octopus gathered some printables and activities for own kiddos to celebrate Columbus Day.

Try making a Christopher Columbus Lapbook to add a hands-on learning experience.

I love this Float or Sink Columbus Day Activity from KinderGals. It looks so fun!!!
