Who doesn’t love to color? My boys are not fond of coloring, but they will do it. My girls on the other hand, love to color. In fact, we have a budding artist in our family who thinks every blank wall in the house is her canvas! And since she has drawn on nearly every open surface in our house, I have enjoyed putting together some new coloring sheets for her. It’s just a bonus that they coordinate with our holidays and unit studies!
Today I bring you my President’s Day Coloring Pages. These are more than just coloring pages though. There are three sets to this collection – plain (for those youngens), manuscript (for early writers) and cursive (for the older elementary students). The words are simple and just label the picture, but it does add an additional learning element for your students.
These pages are perfect as a stand-alone activity, but can also be combined with my President’s Day Writing Prompts and Copywork. OR Combine them all to create a special, one-of-a-kind President’s Day notebook. (I have several more printable sets still to come!!)
